Ordering school meals

School Meals can be booked on the MCAS app for the whole term ahead.

Ordering date for the first week of September: Meals must be ordered by midnight of Tuesday 25th August.

Ordering dates for the rest of term: Meals must be booked by Tuesday midnight for the following week; for example, meals for the week starting Monday 21st September need to be booked by midnight on Tuesday 15th September.

When can I order meals if my child has not started at Meadow Park yet?

Parents of children joining school in September will receive an email with a link to an online order form for the first 2 weeks of term. You will be able to order meals using MCAS from your child's first day at school - you will also be able to see meals booked.

Paying for school meals

Payments for meals will be taken when you book. If school staff order meals for you you will receive a payment request on MCAS.

If your child is eligible for Free School Meals you will not be charged. Please see here for information on Free School Meal eligibility.

Allergens

Main ingredients, allergen information and halal status for each meal can be found on MCAS by hovering over the meal option while you are booking. Occasionally, meals marked as "Allergen Free" by our caterers have the caution "May contain...". School have marked these meals on MCAS as "Allergen Reduced" and it is recommended you look at the allergen info before ordering. Halal meals - autumn term 2026

Our caterers have confirmed all meals containing chicken, fish and lamb are halal this term.
